The app crashed or won't open
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall Keipr from the App Store. Your data is saved to your account and will be restored after you sign back in. If you continue to experience crashes, email us with your device model and iOS version.
I was charged but can't access Pro features
Go to Settings inside Keipr and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-syncs your subscription. If the issue continues, email us with your Apple ID (account email) and we'll sort it out manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Keipr → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
My receipt scan didn't work correctly
Make sure the receipt is flat, well-lit, and fully in frame before scanning. If a scan pulls the wrong amount, you can tap the expense to edit it manually. For persistent scanning issues, email us a photo of the receipt and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request account deletion and removal of all your data, email support@getkeipr.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll process your request within 7 business days in accordance with our privacy policy.
