• Expense data: Receipts, amounts, categories, and notes you enter
• Camera and photos: Images captured for receipt scanning (processed via AI)
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and crash logs for debugging

• To provide and maintain the Keipr service
• To process receipt scans using AI (Claude API)
• To sync your data across devices via Supabase
• To send important service updates
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude API — AI receipt scanning
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store — payment processing

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the App, as described above.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Keipr is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
