By downloading or using Keipr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Keipr is an expense tracking application for personal and business use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Keipr offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into Keipr. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code within the App are owned by Salman Waheed. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salman Waheed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 6 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation, then arbitration in Ajman, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
